04 / MISSION RECORD
From Intelligence to Action
The record, counted one case at a time.
Every number on this page comes from one document: the Three In One Impact Ledger, where each case is a single row — the agency, the state, the case type, and the outcome the investigating agency confirmed. Nothing on this page is estimated, and nothing is counted twice. The ledger is updated as cases move; this page is updated with it.

Every state or territory with at least one case worked since May 2026, listed A to Z. A jurisdiction joins the list the day its first case begins.
Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Maryland, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

How We Count
A recovery is the agency's word, not ours. We record it when the department that owns the case tells us the child is safe, and not before. An agency is counted once no matter how many cases we work for it.
A case that closed before we began any work is not counted at all, even if we had opened a file. Where our analysis contributed directly to a result, the ledger says so; where the agency closed the case on its own, the ledger says that too.
B
What the Numbers Do Not Say
No child's name, image, address or case number appears anywhere in our records, and none will appear on this page.
The children behind these figures are real, and most of them are minors whose cases are still sealed. What we can show is the pattern: which agencies ask, which states the work reaches, and how often a case ends with a child home.
